We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our premier app, Facetune, for the Android platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the B2C Android mobile app space, demonstrating substantial growth in the user base through exemplary product management and strategic marketing collaboration.

What you will be doing

  • Drive Business Growth: Identify opportunities and transform them into live products that add significant value to users.
  • Roadmap Planning: Develop and prioritize a strategic product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and drives impactful results.
  • Leadership: Inspire and lead a cross-functional team, including engineering, design, marketing, legal, and other stakeholders, ensuring exceptional and timely product execution.
  • Decision Making: Make quick, informed decisions about implementation and trade-offs to optimize product outcomes.
  • Communication: Clearly articulate product vision and strategy to senior management, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Execution: Streamline the execution of the product roadmap through superior management and communication skills.

Your skills and experience

  • Minimum of 5 years in product management, leading product delivery from inception to maintenance.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving business success through product management, including measurable improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user growth, engagement and revenue.
  • Proven experience working on Android products, with a deep understanding of the Android ecosystem and development process.
  • Proven experience managing and leading a development team in a high-cadence B2C software company.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and large language models (LLMs) for professional purposes.
  • Strong background in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories.
  • BA/BSc or higher in related fields; STEM degree or strong technical capabilities preferred.
  • Keen eye for design and sharp UX instincts; background in design or photography is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media and content trends is advantageous.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in developing products for mobile devices.
