We’re on the lookout for a strategic thinker with a passion for market and customer research. As a Business Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our long-term product vision, analyzing trends, and ensuring alignment between our products and business objectives.
Your insights will be crucial in refining product positioning and developing a roadmap that reflects both customer expectations and market demands. Collaborating with Product Managers and cross-functional teams, you will centralize research efforts and improve decision-making processes.

What to expect

• Market Analysis: Conducting comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.

• Customer/user research: gather insights directly from customers and users to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points, ensuring the product aligns with their expectations.

• Product positioning: Define and communicate the product’s unique value in the market across different departments

• Roadmap: Develop and maintain a long-term product roadmap that outlines the vision, goals, key features, and milestones across various markets. Utilize customer research and market analysis to ensure the roadmap reflects market-specific needs and opportunities. Collaborate with other product managers to align efforts and optimize impact in each market segment.

• Centralizing and Improving Customer Research and Insights: Streamline the process of collecting and managing customer feedback, ensuring that insights are effectively used to guide product development.

• Background: Extensive experience in market analysis, customer research, and product roadmap development.

• Market Analysis & Data Insights: Skilled in identifying market trends, understanding customer needs, and analyzing competitor activity; adept at using data to create personas, define segments, and track KPIs for market performance.

• Product Roadmap Development: Able to develop and manage strategic product roadmaps, continuously refining them with new insights and collaboration with other product managers and clearly communicating updates to stakeholders.

• Business Viability Assessment: Experienced in evaluating market opportunities, conducting ROI analysis, and supporting strategic decisions by validating assumptions with PMs and sales.

• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders.

• Innovation & Creativity: Passionate about generating new business ideas and bringing them to life creatively.

• Attention to Detail: Organized and structured, maintaining precision without losing sight of the bigger picture.

• Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (C1 level); excellent communicator, both written and spoken.

• Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with B2B environments and comfort working with tech products.
