Senior Product Manager (all genders)

At SCAYE, our in-house "agency" team is where our headless B2B SaaS platform comes to life. We work directly with global brands like Levi's, Manchester United, Harrods, and Fielmann - adapting and launching our tech to fit their unique setups.

• Partner directly with C-level leadership to define the product roadmap and align upcoming features with business goals.

• Gather, clarify, and translate needs from both internal teams and external client stakeholders into concrete technical concepts.

• Design end-to-end frontend and backend solutions that blend system architecture, operational workflows, and UI designs.

• Lead sprint planning with cross-functional teams and coordinate feature implementation across departments.

• Protect the engineering team's focus by clearing blockers so developers can execute efficiently on the right priorities.

• Review design mockups and validate that delivered features hit high quality standards and client requirements.

Required technical skills

• 5+ years experience in delivering tech products, for e-commerce retailers is a great plus

• Experience delivering client projects, ideally in an agency setting

• You like to dive deep into technical processes as well as creating IT-architectures on a broader level

• You are able to understand complex processes and make them easy to understand and execute for your team

• You have experience in managing external as well as senior internal stakeholders

• You have a good eye for good user flows and UX

Required soft skills

• You have a proactive attitude, want to take responsibility for your decisions and go the extra mile when needed

• You are comfortable working in an international working environment

• You have excellent communication (in English) skills and can easily put yourself in someone else’s perspective

• You are analytical, data-driven and focus on efficiency and solutions

• You are detail-oriented and customer-focussed
