We seek a visionary and technically skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy,

development, and execution of our Generative AI and AI Orchestration platform. This role

focuses on building scalable, agentic AI systems powered by the Model-Context-Protocol

(MCP), enabling dynamic tool integration, autonomous reasoning, and context-aware decision-

making. The Product Manager is responsible for managing existing product lines to improve profitability, developing new products in line with market demands, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle from planning to implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in a product manager role in a software company.

  • Proven track record as an individual contributor product manager responsible for value and viability of solutions.

  • Proven ability to go deep and quickly learn new domains, as well as solid understanding of all major parts of the business.

  • Good understanding of Generative AI technologies (LLMs, multimodal models, diffusion models).

  • Experience with agentic AI systems, orchestration frameworks, and MCP- based architectures.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data monitoring tools, forecast trends, and make informed decisions.

  • Experience collaborating with multiple cross-functional departments (development, marketing, customer support, etc.).

  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication.

  • Strategic thinking and a problem-solving mindset, with a focus on delivering high-impact results.

  • Great organizational and written and verbal communication skills.

  • An interest in exploring customer problems and recommending solutions that strengthen relationships with customers and partners.

  • Proactive, self-disciplined and highly motivated with well-organized work style.

  • Excellent English (verbal and written).

  • Familiarity with Agile, SCRUM development processes.

  • Experience in Generative Artificial Intelligence, digital marketing, and

  • Martech solutions will be an additional benefit.

    Responsibilities

  • Own the product, its roadmap, prioritization process of the feature backlog, rallying all stakeholder around the prioritization and making sure they all have their ownership into it.

  • Research and discover in detail how this vision can be distilled into clear features solving real problems for our customers and delivering value.

  • Define and evolve the product vision for agentic AI systems and orchestration platforms.

  • Align AI capabilities with business goals, user needs, and emerging market opportunities.

  • Advocate for responsible artificial intelligence principles, including safety, transparency, and ethical application.

  • Lead the development of MCP-compliant infrastructure to support scalable agentic workflows.

  • Drive integration of external tools, APIs, and data sources into the orchestration layer.

  • Design and manage intelligent agents capable of observing, reasoning, planning, and acting autonomously.

  • Work closely with Customer Success, Product Support and Design Team,

  • Engineering and our customers and partners to capture new ideas and refine existing ideas and opportunities for features and build the feature backlog.

  • Balance priorities of new features with technical features and sanity of the platform in good collaboration with lead engineers.

  • Guide Engineering throughout the development and release, being a product owner in the "SCRUM" sense.

  • Overseeing all product lifecycle stages, including planning, development, launch, feedback analysis, and updates.

  • Gather feedback and insights from internal and external stakeholders.

  • Be the voice of the product internally and externally.

  • Support Product Marketing into defining product messaging and expressing the value of our product in our product marketing and communication effort.
