The Position

Product is a central and pivotal role at Arteria AI. Product leads the direction for the firm taking into consideration our client’s needs and our own aspirations to chart the path forward and create a roadmap for our designers and engineers.

As a Senior Product Manager at Arteria AI, you will play an active role in expanding our enterprise SaaS platform for digital contracting. 

Our ideal candidate is an individual contributor who has a product focused mindset, loves developing elegant solutions to complex enterprise problems, marshals resources from across the org to build those solutions, and is driven to deliver impact for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• You will be the user’s champion and advise on the best practises and solutions to meet customer and user goals while pushing forward the product's strategic goals.

• You will integrate research, market analysis, and usage metrics into product requirements to enhance customer and user satisfaction.

• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, etc.) to the successful end-to-end delivery of a solution.

• You will author and up-keep source of truth documents for product direction, feature build and requirements and get buy-in across the organization.

What You Will Bring:

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager with the following experience: 

• 7+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years of that in a Product role in enterprise SaaS. Bank, fintech, or legal experience is a big plus.

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in an enterprise B2B product role.

• Preferably 2+ years of experience in a software engineering role.

• Outstanding oral and written communication in English.

• Authorized to work in Canada and able to work in our Toronto office.

• Development: Lead the E2E product development lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch feedback gathering and iterating through strong understanding of the process and passion for the quality of the finer details.

• Documentation: Strong ability to write product related artifacts (requirements documentation, execution tickets, release documentation) and management of the overall documentation process. Desire to be hands on with writing and owning quality documentation for the features worked on.

• Tools: Strong familiarity with key tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro or similar and how to use them effectively in the product process. Experience with a roadmap tool, such as Jira Product Discovery, or similar.

• Project Management: Effectively manage projects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products within scope.

• Technical Knowledge: Solid baseline understanding of data, analytics and software engineering to drive alignment and ease of communication with the engineering and data science. Capability to understand technical complexity and the right questions to ask engineers to simplify or unblock. Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, web applications, high-level database and architecture strategy, and preferably experience working as a software engineer in a previous role.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments, including data science, development, and professional services, to ensure successful product releases.

• Communication: Strong communication, presentation and workshop skills with senior stakeholder and external audiences.
