The Opportunity
We are hiring a Senior AI Product Manager to lead Classiq's agentic experience across every surface. This spans the agentic experience itself and the internal harness that drives it, the developer-tool experience we expose through external plugins, and how all of it integrates with Classiq's core synthesis flow.

What You'll Do
- Command the frontier: Own the agentic experience roadmap end-to-end, architecting the interface that translates complex natural-language intent into flawless, executable quantum programs.
- Architect the ecosystem: Define the internal harness and external plugin architecture, seamlessly injecting our AI capabilities into third-party developer tools.
- Close the loop: Integrate the agentic layer flawlessly with Classiq's core synthesis flow so user prompts map reliably to what the platform can actually build and run.
- Set the gold standard: Build evaluation frameworks that define exactly what excellent agent performance looks like and drive those insights back into the roadmap.
- Drive the pace: Partner with world-class engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to sequence a wildly ambitious vision into relentless, shippable delivery.
Who You Are
- A proven builder: You have 5+ years of high-impact product management experience at tier-one tech companies or startups, with a recent focus on shipping production-grade AI or LLM-powered tools.
- Technically fluent: You hold a BSc or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Agent-savvy: You are deeply familiar with agent architectures, protocols like MCP, and the trade-offs between unstructured AI and structured UX.
- Obsessed with quality: You don't rely on assumptions; you measure. You have pioneered evals, A/B tests, and rigorous quality frameworks for non-deterministic products.
- Radically curious: You are a natural over-achiever who thrives in complexity. No prior quantum computing background is required - just the raw intellectual horsepower to learn it fast and master it.
- Bonus points: You have a deep intuition for developer tools, IDEs, and SDK ecosystems.

Skills Required
- 5+ years in product management with AI-powered or agentic products (conversational interfaces, coding agents, LLM-powered developer tools).
- BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfortable working with agent architectures and protocols such as MCP and design tradeoffs for agentic experiences.
- Experience setting up or working with evals, A/B tests, or measurement frameworks for AI product quality.
- Strong product judgment and ability to sequence a cross-cutting roadmap into shippable plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to align engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
- Ability and curiosity to learn quantum computing fundamentals on the job.
- Experience with developer tools, IDEs, plugins, and SDK ecosystems.
- Background or personal interest in quantum computing.
