We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead Classiq's agentic experience across every surface. This spans the agentic experience itself and the internal harness that drives it, the developer-tool experience we expose through external plugins, and how all of it integrates with Classiq's core synthesis flow. You will also lead the transition of existing users from our current platform experience into this new one.
This is a broad, hands-on ownership role. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to turn a fast-moving AI roadmap into a coherent product, and you will be the person who can speak to the agentic experience, the plugin architecture, and what it actually feels like for someone going from an idea to a working quantum program.
What you will do
- Own the product roadmap for the agentic experience end-to-end: the interface where users move from a natural-language description of a problem to a working, executable quantum program.
- Define requirements for the internal harness that drives the agentic experience, and for the external plugins that bring the same developer experience into third-party tools, working with engineering to keep both consistent.
- Own how the agentic experience integrates with Classiq's core synthesis flow, so what a user asks for in natural language maps cleanly onto what the platform can actually build and run.
- Set up and own evals: define what good agent performance looks like, how we measure it, and how results feed back into the roadmap.
- Run discovery with users and design partners, and turn what you learn into clear requirements and priorities.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales leads to sequence delivery and keep the roadmap grounded in what is actually shippable.
Who you are
- 5+ years in product management, with AI-powered or agentic products (conversational interfaces, coding agents, or LLM-powered developer tools) as a central part of your work - from definition through real production usage.
- BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfortable working with agent architectures and protocols such as MCP, and with the tradeoffs of designing an agentic experience versus a more structured UI.
- Experience setting up or working closely with evals, A/B tests, or other measurement frameworks for AI product quality.
- Strong product judgment: able to take a broad, cross-cutting roadmap and sequence it into a shippable plan.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to align engineering, design, marketing, and sales stakeholders.
- Genuinely curious and energized by learning new technical domains quickly - you will need to pick up the fundamentals of quantum computing on the job, no prior background required.

- Experience with developer tools, IDEs, plugins, and SDK ecosystems.
- Background or personal interest in quantum computing.
