We are seeking a product manager with the ability to guide cross-functional teams—including Merchandising, Design, and Development—through the creation process, from initial brief to final product approval. This individual excels at managing complex workflows and ensuring effective collaboration between diverse partners, always delivering on key milestones and embodying the spirit of a dedicated teammate. With guidance from the Product Director, they are responsible for shaping seasonal product strategies that meet financial & critical metric goals while and developing insightful, compelling product briefs from key athlete insights that inspire action. With a sharp eye on consumer needs and competitive dynamics, the ideal candidate brings market-leading products to life that resonate with and serve athletes worldwide. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

The Socks team sits within the Global Accessories product team and is responsible for managing the full socks product portfolio. This role involves owning style count and leading all aspects of the product creation process, ensuring profitability while delivering innovative solutions to meet consumer needs. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive the offense, collaborating with merchandising, design, development, and sourcing from line planning through final product approval. They will research products, consumers, and the marketplace, manage product creation workflow and data, maintain product tools, and effectively collaborate across functional partners. You will deliver on key dates and hold themselves accountable to be a great teammate. This person should:

  • Be the voice of our consumer, keeping a pulse on relevant trends with an emphasis on sport and streetwear culture through the lens of Accessories.
  • Create impactful presentations to hand over our line to Merchandising at both the Global and Geo levels, as well as to key accounts and sales teams.
  • Help create the uniform of the athlete while also driving commercial opportunities and growing the business.

Skills Required
