The Opportunity

We are seeking a Principal Growth Product Manager to lead the charge in boosting user retention through personalization. You'll invent and implement a strategy that improves experiences for millions on Adobe Express. This role provides the chance to lead end-to-end personalization, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make a significant impact on how users engage with our platform.

What you'll Do
  • Define and drive the central personalization strategy across Adobe Express, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Build and scale how we personalize across multiple teams and surfaces.
  • Collaborate with content teams to develop and deliver personalized content experiences that delight users.
  • Conduct user research and leverage data science insights to identify retention opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Develop and launch A/B experiments to confirm hypotheses and improve key growth metrics.
  • Work closely with teams across Engineering, Design, and Data Science to drive high-impact initiatives.
  • Balance trade-offs, reduce risks, and guarantee clear communication with collaborators.
  • Regularly present performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
What You’ll Bring
  • M.B.A a plus. BS BA or equivalent 10+ years of product management experience, including significant experience in personalization, recommendation systems, growth, or retention strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience using data to inform decisions and improve user experiences.
  • Expertise in experimentation methodologies (A/B testing) and interpreting results to inform strategy.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Creative problem solver who can translate vision into actionable plans and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred experience with consumer SaaS products, freemium models, and personalization platforms.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $145,100 -- $273,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
