We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Product Engineer who thrives at the intersection of product and engineering. You should have strong coding skills across the stack, a deep appreciation for intuitive user experiences, and the technical expertise to build complex 3D web applications. In this role, you’ll own product features end-to-end—from ideation through to building responsive, user-centric web apps and backend generative AI services and APIs. You’ll also collaborate closely with our research team to bring cutting-edge AI research to life in real-world applications. All in all, you’re a player coach as a strong engineer who is passionate to drive product development.
What You Will Do:
- Work as a Sr. Product Engineer to develop and ship products with a user-centric approach.
- Develop and optimize web-based 3D graphics tools and applications.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment, including working directly with early testers and design partners to solicit user feedback.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong track record in developing and shipping successful products.
- 6+ years of engineering experience and proven ability to operate effectively in startup environments as an early-stage engineer or founder, demonstrating adaptability and ownership.
- Experience in building user-focused web applications.
- Proficiency in modern web application technologies for frontend (e.g., TypeScript, React, Node.js) and backend services, and a strong understanding of web architecture.
- Experience and strong curiosity in working with AI tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong foundation in computer science principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, impactful solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in 3D graphics programming and shader development, particularly web frameworks such as WebGL and three.js. Experience building applications around generative image, video, or 3D models is particularly valuable.
- Experience working with generative AI, machine learning, neural rendering, etc.
- Contributions to open-source graphics or machine learning projects.
- Experience building real-time collaborative tools and applications.
- Experience working in VFX, gaming, 3D design, or other industries that focus on high-fidelity visual outputs.

World Labs is a spatial intelligence company building Large World Models (LWMs) to perceive, generate, and interact with the 3D world. We aim to lift AI models from the 2D plane of pixels to full 3D worlds – both virtual and real – endowing them with spatial intelligence as rich as our own.
