Our client is a healthcare technology company expanding access to virtual mental health care. A small engineering team builds the software used by patients, clinicians, and operations teams.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Join as a Senior Product Engineer with ownership across product definition and full-stack delivery. Much of the roadmap involves building new capabilities, including intake, clinical workflows, and medication management.
What you'll do
- Build patient intake, clinician tooling, and new care-delivery features.
- Design backend APIs and frontend experiences in a TypeScript stack using Node, React, tRPC, and Prisma.
- Work directly with clinical and operations teams to define user problems.
- Own projects from scope and architecture through production release.
- Improve CI/CD, observability, and code quality.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience.
- Strong React and TypeScript skills plus backend API design experience.
- Experience owning consumer or B2B2C products end to end.
- Early-stage startup experience with meaningful product ownership.
- A product mindset and strong written and verbal communication.
Bonus points
- Healthcare technology or regulated-industry experience.
- A degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Founder or early-team experience.

Compensation and benefits
- Base salary: USD 170,000 to 225,000 per year.
