The Senior Footwear Product Developer for Jordan Promo partners with a high-performing, collaborative team including Design, Product Management, Sports Marketing, Materials, Engineering, and Asia Factory partners, reporting to the Director of Footwear Product Development, Jordan Promo and Athlete Service.   • Minimum 5 years’ footwear product creation, development, engineering, or manufacturing experience.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven leadership in complex product development and cross-functional teams. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel domestically/internationally up to 20% as required.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will lead end-to-end footwear product creation for high-profile Jordan Brand athletes, driving CGM innovation, collaboration, and product excellence from concept through to product delivery across a global matrixed organization.

  • Drive Jordan Sport product development for athlete and marketplace initiatives, ensuring alignment with design, business, and manufacturing objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sport Design, Product Management, Sports Marketing, Materials, Engineering, and Manufacturing partners.
  • Lead product reviews, validation, fit assessments, and athlete wear testing to ensure performance standards.
  • Project manage athlete and seasonal league calendars anticipating risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure project delivery to milestone and brand commitments.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Champion continuous improvement and implement best practices across product creation processes.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for global manufacturing partners and internal development teams.
