Job Responsibilities :The Senior Product Developer is responsible for global product strategy, product ecosystem development and management of Razer’s Furniture category. This person will be focused on overall product development strategy and leadership by developing and executing product plans and ecosystem initiatives to achieve growth, revenue, and profitability targets.- Be a subject matter expert on the Gaming Furniture category and be responsible for the management of Razer’s global product development and pushing innovation.
- Conduct continuous research to develop robust growth strategies for Gaming Furniture products under your portfolio.
- Responsible for continuing product evolution, enhancements, the introduction of new features and functions and the retirement of EOL or underperforming products or variations to ensure relevance and competitiveness.
- Alongside Product Marketing, be the voice of users by translating current and future needs into product goals and features - define the Product Requirement Specification (PRS) and detailed expected user experience for each product and feature.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, UI and other internal teams to bring products to market and drive to company goals
- Degree or diploma in a technical discipline with minimum 3-5 years of end-to-end product management experience, preferably in related industries
- Interest and/or knowhow for furniture will be advantageous
- Experience with product development life cycles (software and hardware) and ODM/CM working models
- Curious, loves learning about technical products, and is energized by the challenge of solving difficult problems for users
- Strong analytical thinking to prioritize features and evaluate trade-offs
- Experience in collaborating and leading cross-functional teams to drive successful product implementation
- Avid gamer – familiar with various genres of games and game-play
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbally
