Responsibilities:
- Evolution and scalability of design systems for consistency across all products.
- Ownership of design projects from concept to execution with minimal guidance.
- Own the end-to-end design process, from research to final delivery.
- Collaborate independently with product managers to set priorities, scope and ensure alignment with minimal guidance.
- In-depth knowledge of products, functionality, and user needs to create intuitive experiences.
- Usability testing and iteration to refine designs and enhance user experiences.
- Cross-functional collaboration with developers, product managers, and stakeholders for seamless implementation.
- Knowledge of competitor products, industry trends, and new ideas to stay competitive.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Over 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful and user-focused work.
- Proven ability to work independently, demonstrating ownership and accountability in delivering successful projects.
- Strong analytical skills for breaking down complex challenges and creating elegant design solutions.
- Comprehensive understanding of complex products and the ability to align designs with functionality and user needs.
- Adaptability and a proactive mindset for thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with familiarity in Sketch.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS to ensure effective collaboration with development teams.
- Fluency in English, with excellent skills in presenting and explaining design concepts to diverse stakeholders.
