👉 What you’ll do:Lead end-to-end, user-centered design for our Trezor Suite app on mobile and desktop platforms, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience
Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, guidelines, and patterns, maintaining visual design consistency across all products and customer touchpoints
Build and maintain design libraries and style guides; set goals and raise design maturity across the company
Conduct user research and usability testing with our research team; translate insights into decisions and measurable outcomes
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing, to ensure product goals are met
Continuously improve the user experience by collaborating with other design team members and enhancing design processes and practices
5+ years in product/UX design with a portfolio of shipped, user-centered design solutions
Strong user research and testing skills to collaborate effectively with our research team
Proactive, clear communicator and strong collaborator
Comfortable in a fast-moving, constantly changing environment
Proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping
Skilled at using AI tools to boost efficiency and creativity
Understanding of blockchain/cryptocurrency is a plus
