Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design efforts across key initiatives, from discovery to execution.
- Build expertise in your product area to create and improve features based on what users need, what benefits the business, and what's technically possible.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to help teams determine the design direction for delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers on your team to define concepts, develop design solutions and ensure seamless implementation of hi-fidelity designs.
- Contribute to the definition and expansion of the new and existing Oleria Design System.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Designer, or similar role.
- Degree in Design (Interaction, Product, Communication, HCD, or related) or equivalent experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and proven business impact.
- Strong visual design skills and ability to influence design quality.
- Have strong communication skills and can effectively explain design decisions to technical stakeholders
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, and prototyping tools.
- Excellent communication, self-management, and organizational skills.
- Experience designing data visualizations or interactive graphs is a plus.
- Additional experience in B2B SaaS Security solutions is a plus.
