Mid-Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Design System Implementation: Understand, practice, and implement the Design System in complex products, ensuring cohesive and consistent design language across all modules.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with product managers (PM), associate product managers (APM), developers, QE, and other stakeholders to implement and bring the product vision to life.
• Strategic Design: Comprehend the product's vision, direction, and strategy to inform and guide design decisions that align with business goals.
• Fast-paced Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced product development environment, adapting quickly to changes and delivering high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including executive leadership, to gather requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to Junior and Mid-level designers, fostering their growth and ensuring the team maintains high design standards.
• Domain Expertise: Leverage your experience in working on products within the testing domain to bring valuable insights and best practices to the team.
• AI Understanding: Utilize your knowledge of AI to enhance product design and contribute to innovative solutions.

Must-have

• Experience: At least 3 - 5 years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of designing and delivering complex products.
• Design Systems: Demonstrated experience in understanding and implementing Design Systems in complex products.
• Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Must be able to use English to communicate.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand and align design decisions with the product's vision, direction, and strategy.
• Pace and Adaptability: Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Leadership: Experience in guiding and mentoring Junior and Mid-level designers.

Nice-to-have

• Domain Expertise: Experience in designing products within the testing domain (evidence required).
• AI Knowledge: Understanding and experience with AI in product design (evidence required).
