- Experience in product design (UX/UI) with a strong portfolio or case studies;
- Experience in the discovery phase of product design (e.g., journey mapping, UX audits, problem framing, stakeholder interviews);
- Strong communication skills – you can clearly articulate your ideas to designers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams;
- Interest in both qualitative and quantitative user research and working alongside a dedicated research team;
- Proficiency in Figma;
- Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility;
