Senior Product Designer

What You'll Do

• Be the owner of the UI & UX for our banking products: iOS app, Android app, and our internal customer support app.

• Represent the POV of our customer in all our product design

• Find ways to express complicated user interactions & complex features in simple, dead-easy-to-understand ways. A favorite design example of ours is the Apple Card's UX for making a credit card payment

• Iterate on design drafts with the founders. You will start early in the process of any feature or new product and drive the design to completion working with the founders

• Occasional brand work or help on internal presentation

• Work with our engineering team to implement your designs

• Explore ways that design can solve common customer issues & questions

• This is our 1st full-time, in-house product designer. You will have significant influence on both the product design & the company at large

Who you are

• Have 3+ years relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company. Bonus if you've worked in consumer/b2c

• Have experience designing mobile applications for iOS

• Very comfortable in Figma

• Comfortable bringing your own designs & ideas to the table & then iterating as a team on those designs
