We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives in ambiguity, designs at lightning speed, and gets energized by solving complex problems with elegant solutions. You'll be a key contributor in designing the future of our wealth advisor platform and client-facing tools, bringing clarity to complexity through intuitive user experiences.
You'll work independently and collaboratively across product, engineering, and research, owning your work from zero to polished prototype. We're especially looking for someone who's curious about AI tools, loves to prototype fast, and has an eye toward design-to-code workflows.
Your Impact- Drive the end-to-end design process, from discovery through polished execution, with both speed and craftsmanship
- Partner deeply with product and engineering to shape strategic, user-centered solutions that have measurable impact
- Rapidly explore, prototype, and validate design concepts through a mix of hands-on experimentation and structured user feedback
- Leverage AI, automation, and emerging tools to push the boundaries of speed, scale, and creativity in design
- Translate complex financial workflows and data into clear, intuitive user experiences
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect visuals that drive real product decisions
- Contribute to and scale our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Elevate the role of design across the organization by advocating for user needs and design excellence
- Offer thoughtful critique, guidance, and mentorship to raise the bar for design quality across the team
- Operate as a high-impact individual contributor, while also serving as a collaborative thought partner to peers and leaders
- 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex web and mobile platform work
- Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping) and experience maintaining/evolving design systems
- Proven experience with data-heavy or financial products (trading platforms, investment workflows, advisor tools); fintech or wealth management background strongly preferred
- Thrives in fast-paced startup environments, able to move quickly from concept to high-fidelity prototype while maintaining exceptional quality
- Strong communicator and collaborator who can frame design decisions clearly for all audiences and partner effectively with product and engineering teams
- Autonomous self-starter comfortable with agile workflows, 2-week design sprints, rapid iteration, and minimal direction
- Open to leveraging AI tools, no-code platforms, and modern design-to-code workflows to accelerate concepting and delivery
- Familiarity with front-end development and effective collaboration with scrum teams
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Experience mentoring and leading designers in a fast-paced startup environmen
