We’re looking for a user-problem driven Senior Product Designer who crafts best-in-class solutions through thorough product reasoning. In this role you will design end-to-end experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful solutions for web & mobile experiences.
Define and frame the problem space and explore multiple solutions before landing on a final solution,
Design end-to-end experiences for a dedicated product area,
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of design solutions using user feedback and data analytics, iterating as necessary to optimize the user experience,
Partner with Engineering and Product Management to to co-create strategic direction and plan roadmap in line with business objectives,
Contribute to Printful’s UI design quality, including our design system,
Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with design and company leadership.
What we expect from you:
5+ years of working experience at product-driven companies,
Proven track record designing digital products across web and mobile platforms,
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills,
Proven experience conducting user research to validate design approaches,
Advanced proficiency with Figma, experience using and building design systems.
Strong background in A/B testing methodologies and best practices.
