We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design process, creating impactful and user-centred experiences for our platform. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, define problem statements, and craft solutions that delight users. If you’re passionate about data-driven design and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

Design visually appealing, user-centered, and data-driven experiences.
Define problem statements and execution plans with Product & Design Managers.
Collaborate with data teams to create metrics-driven solutions.
Work closely with engineering to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
Monitor post-launch performance to identify improvements.
Maintain and evolve the design system for cohesive experiences.
Mentor and guide designers within your product area.
Represent design decisions and advocate for user-centered practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Skills that we look out for:

1. Experience & Expertise

3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio.
Solid foundation in visual design principles and iterative UX processes.
Proven ability to create wireframes, prototypes, personas, and design systems.

2. Tools & Technology

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Webflow.
Fundamental understanding of front-end technologies and platform constraints.
Experience with generative AI tools like MidJourney and Ideogram.

3. Personal Attributes

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
Passion for sports, especially cricket, trading, or fantasy sports (preferred).
