Senior Product Designer

Our Design team is continuing to grow, and we're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the user experience of our core products. In this role, you'll own projects, showcase your creativity, and make a tangible impact on both our customers and their clients. From conceptualizing new features to refining existing designs, you'll define the look, feel, and experience of Pixieset’s applications.

Your Impact

• Lead the design of product features and user experiences, from concept to execution
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and effectively communicate design concepts and solutions
• Utilize and contribute to Pixieset’s design system to ensure a cohesive and scalable user experience
• Define and deliver the UX vision and design solutions for one or more of our core products
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to bring ideas to life
• Provide strategic input on product features and contribute to shaping the product roadmap
• Ensure technical feasibility of design solutions while aligning with company goals and user needs
• Participate in design reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback to elevate the team’s work
• Conduct and lead user research to gain insights into customer needs and behaviors
• Mentor and support other designers, providing feedback to help refine their skills and approach
• Contribute to a strong design culture through collaboration, feedback, and continuous process improvement

Role Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer
• Experience designing SaaS products for SMB or Consumers
• Experience mentoring and providing constructive feedback to designers
• Experience leading the design of complex product features and user experiences
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and experience in product design
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Strong business/product-sense, user-centered design principles, and design thinking
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a high-level of attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership

The typical salary range for this position is: CAD $97,850 - $134,400 annually. Salary offered will be based on skills, experience and market data.
