Salary range: 

13,000-20,400 PLN gross (Contract of Employment)

15,600-24,500 PLN Before Tax (B2B Contract)

Joining Netguru as a Senior Product Designer means:

Your tasks and duties:

• designing world-class products (solving real design problems, not just painting pretty pictures),
• mentoring less experienced product designers and improving internal processes,
• conducting studies, analyses and user testing.

We want you onboard if you have:

• experience in Product design of digital products
• strong portfolio to prove the above,
• good knowledge of UX principles, validating design ideas with various methodologies
• strong command of written and spoken English (CEFR B2+),
• ability to present designs and convince stakeholders of the validity of your ideas,
• good knowledge of interactive design processes and methodologies,
• strong communication skills and work well with others,
• familiarity with prototyping tools.

It would be a plus if you have:

• been responsible for designing products that had successfully been launched,
• tested your designs with both online and onsite users,
• strong online portfolio (, Behance, Dribbble, Website).
