ABOUT THE ROLE
Bestow is seeking an experienced Senior Designer to join our highly collaborative UX team. In this role, you’ll help shape the user experience of our agent platform, crafting tools that enhance multi-user interactions and support agents in guiding clients through applications. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to create intuitive, visually compelling, and scalable digital products that balance a seamless partner experience with a strong, adaptable platform foundation.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL…
- Lead the design process from ideation to execution for key projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Play an essential role in mentoring team members and leading impactful design initiatives.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define design strategy and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and maintain consistency with our design system.
- Mentor and provide feedback to UX team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Present design solutions and articulate design rationale to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
YOU HAVE...
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital products and services.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or other industry standard programs.
- Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and data-driven design.
- Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly present and advocate for design decisions.
- Proven experience in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, working closely with product and engineering teams to ship software that drives measurable business outcomes.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU...

- Solid understanding of front-end and back-end development processes, enabling you to align design solutions with real technical constraints.
- Are familiar with the insurance or financial industry.
