We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team.

As a Senior Web Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead design initiatives.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of design concepts and functionality.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Responsive Design: Develop designs that are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
  • Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes and wireframes to communicate design concepts and functionality.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all digital platforms with the marketing design team, ensuring a consistent and cohesive visual identity.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design processes and outcomes.
  • Data-Driven Design: Infuse data-driven insights into the design process to optimize user engagement and satisfaction. Utilize analytics tools and user feedback to make informed design decisions.
  • User Research: Conduct user research and analysis to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points. Translate research findings into actionable design improvements.


Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in web design, product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of web projects.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of Framer, Webflow HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantageous.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into visually compelling designs.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to evolving project requirements and priorities.
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in design, web design, or a related field is preferred.
