RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the end-to-end design process at dYdX, from ideation and user research to prototyping and handoff, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience
- Work directly with our Founder/CEO to iterate on what a leverage exchange looks like
- Collaborate closely with engineering, and other teams to create exceptional experiences for our users
- Design for our web, iOS, and Android platforms
- Contribute to our design system and brand identity
- Ensure the products we ship are consistent with our design and branding standards
- Perform user research and use data to develop the right product strategy and solutions
- Design marketing materials and partner with external contact design resources
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of UX, UI, or product design experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a high amount of ownership
- Strong product sensibility
- Web3 experience (side projects are okay)
- Experience developing wireframes and prototypes
- Proficiency with Figma
- Proven experience building excellent consumer-facing mobile and web products
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence and passion for product design
- You are an open-minded and accountable individual, who enjoys collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in a related design major or equivalent work experience
- Bonus: ability to write React, HTML, CSS

- Interest in trading
Salary range for this role is $170K to $230K USD (NY). Compensation subject to experience and location. Published salary bands pursuant to transparency laws, and do not include possible variable compensation such as annual merit increases, bonus eligibility, commission, or equity incentive.
