- Partner daily with Product Managers, Engineers, AI Engineers, and Data Scientists to shape acceptable model behavior, failure modes, and human-in-the-loop patterns from the user's point of view
- Lead advanced research, usability studies, and output evaluations that inform product strategy, guardrails, and responsible AI standards for accessibility, transparency, and data privacy
- Mentor junior designers, resolve friction between design and engineering, and contribute to shared design playbooks across the team
Core Skills, Competencies, and Key Experiences (What you’ll bring)

- Expert Figma and design system skills, including variables, collections, and component governance
- Proficiency combining qualitative research with telemetry, such as conversion, adoption, correction rates, and task success, to evaluate digital and AI experiences
- Strong storytelling skills to translate user needs and model limitations into clear terms for non-technical stakeholders
