We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join Roon’s growing design team in New York City. This is an opportunity to help shape the future of a physician network built around trust, expertise, and meaningful human connection. Our current design team includes experienced design leadership, with advisory support from leaders who have helped shape world-class consumer products, including Pinterest. We care deeply about craft, speed, curiosity, and building products that people genuinely want to use every day.
- Experienced: 5-10+ years of consumer product design experience
- Product design: You’re exceptional at designing all aspects of an online consumer platform including core screens, actions, content creation, onboarding, settings, etc.
- Interaction design: You’re able to invent and prototype beautiful, simple interactions for relatively complex product mechanics
- Visual design: You have an eye for aesthetic design and detail in product design
- AI Tooling: Proficiency with AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and integrate AI into user features, particularly using Figma Make for prototyping and AI assistants for research and ideation

- Prototype Creation: Design and develop prototypes that bring ideas to life quickly. You should be comfortable creating both low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity designs, iterating based on feedback. Facility with Figma, Claude & other AI tooling a must.
- User-Centered Design: Be empathetic and deeply understand the needs of our users, translating their pain points into elegant and effective design solutions.
- Ship Fast: Ability to move quickly and efficiently from ideation to execution. You should be familiar with rapid design and testing cycles, able to deliver impactful designs on tight timelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, doctors and other stakeholders to ensure design vision aligns with business goals. Be a strong advocate for the user experience throughout the development process.
- End-to-End Design: Take ownership of the entire design process, from initial sketches and prototypes to final UI and hand-off to engineering.
- Feedback Integration: Embrace feedback, testing, and iteration as core parts of your process, always aiming to refine and improve the product.

NYC
We recognize that the ideal environment for work is situational and may differ across departments. What this looks like day-to-day can vary based on the needs of each organization or role. For this role we are looking for a designer that can be in the NYC office at least 3-4 days a week.

Skills Required
- 5-10+ years of consumer product design experience
