Senior Product Designer

Helfy is a fast-growing company that operates a digital telehealth platform connecting clients to doctors for online prescriptions and consultations. As a high-volume business, processing significant traffic and transaction volume, we are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Product Designer with 4+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will design intuitive, scalable, and user-centered digital experiences that solve real problems and drive measurable business outcomes across web and mobile platforms. 

UX Research & Strategy:

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to uncover user needs and pain points.
• Translate insights into clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Define and document user personas, journey maps, and behavioral data insights.

Interface Design:

• Design high-fidelity user interfaces for responsive web and mobile applications with attention to detail and consistency.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and performance across all platforms.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.

Collaboration & Execution:

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and QA to ensure designs are implemented with precision.
• Participate in Agile processes, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Validate design decisions with data and iterate based on feedback from real users

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, in tech or startup environments.
• Experience working at a B2C company is required. 
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design for web and/or mobile apps (flows, systems, dashboards, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Mixpanel for product analytics and user behavior analysis. 
• Ability to turn designs into functional code using tools such as Claude Code.
• Proficiency in translating designs into functional code using AI development tools such as Claude Code.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, FigJam.
• Solid understanding of design thinking, user-centered design, and lean UX methodologies.
• Ability to conduct and synthesize UX research to inform design strategy.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Experience working with or creating design systems and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design solutions to stakeholders.
• Experience working in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries- Advantage 
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)- Advantage
