Your role in the product team

As our Product Designer, you’ll play a central role in our product team understanding the users' needs, pains and desires in the strive to define, design and refine our digital SaaS product, PeopleXact. With the product we aim to help managers at all levels in public and private sector organisations to strengthen engagement and satisfaction through employee insights and focused actions. We are well-established in the market, and we aim to accelerate our growth even further by adding additional Product Design capabilities to our team. Day to day, you’ll collaborate closely with our current Product Designer, the Product Manager, a Tech Lead (the product trio), and a team of Software Engineers while also engaging with subject matter experts, and the sales and customer success teams.

Become part of the Design Guild and Stakeholder Intelligence Tech

Besides your product team, you will also be part of a strong professional community of design practice, the Design Guild, with 7 designers of various skills and experiences. We collaborate and support each other through feedback sessions, knowledge sharing, and joint efforts such as product discovery practice and our design system, Rambo. As part of our growing Tech organisation (+45 developers and designers), you will be in an agile environment developing digital products in multidisciplinary product teams. There are plenty of opportunities for learning and development in professional and social settings, among product managers, product designers, developers and domain experts.

What we are looking for

You thrive when balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility with intuitive and appealing interactions. We value designers who are creative and collaborative. Specifically, we’re looking for someone who:

• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with B2B SaaS products.
• Have experience with taking product discovery including user research.
• Can showcase stat-of-the-art intuitive visually appealing product designs and a keen eye for details.
• Is an expert in Figma fast iterating designs and building digital prototypes.
• Has experience in building design systems in an enterprise setup with multiple products

• … have actively participated in the development of our product design practice with e.g. our design system
