Role Mission
As a Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate with clients and cross-functional team members to ultimately design engaging digital experiences for web and mobile products, either 0-1, or as an extension of existing designs and established design systems.
Deliverables
- You’ll be responsible for creating personas, information architecture, customer journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that follow interaction design and usability best practices.
- Work with clients and internal project teams to promote the benefits of accessibility and usability best practices.
- Produce clean, informative, and concise presentations to clients and internal teams that communicate the rationale behind your designs.
- Deliver useful and delightful solutions that meet our clients’ needs and requirements.
- Form solid working relationships with our clients.
- Increase awareness of the value of user experience design and research internally and externally.
About You
- 3-5+ years of product design experience, ideally in a consulting or agency context
- Expertise using Figma
- Experience designing developer-ready visual assets and UI components
- Experience with user research methods and tools
- Extensive client-facing experience
Nice to Have
- EdTech, FinTech, Telco or HealthTech experience
- Familiarity with WCAG and other accessibility guidelines and standards
