As a Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand looks and feels as we move from startup to scale-up. If you’re excited to bring bold ideas to life and grow with us on this journey, this might be your chance!
What You'll Do
- Lead UX/UI design for our e‑commerce site and our new digital product
- Identify user needs through research, usability testing, feedback loops, and analytics
- Produce wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and prototypes
- Ensure designs are pixel‑perfect, consistent with brand aesthetics
- Develop standout visuals and concepts for major product launches and brand campaigns across web, digital, OOH, TV, and other marketing channels
- Create polished B2B decks, pitch presentations, and internal slides that align with brand and business goals
- Mentor junior designers, contribute to design processes and tools
- Work cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and Brand teams
What Makes You a Great Fit
We love working with people who are curious, proactive, and motivated to make a difference. If that sounds like you, and you also bring:
- 5+ years in product, UX, UI design - agency e‑commerce experience a strong plus
- Proven proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools
- Strong UX fundamentals: information architecture, accessibility, responsive design
- Solid visual design sense: typography, grid systems, brand integration
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to advocate for design solutions
