About the team
We are a growing UX Design team focused on envisioning and creating best-in-class experiences for our customers, partners and developers around the world. We value great attitudes, creative thinking and a user-centric approach to problem solving.
What you will be doing
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end research and design process for our digital payouts experience.

In collaboration with peers, you will conduct research and analysis becoming an expert in payments, deeply understanding the and customer segment and competitor landscape.

You will form strong relationships with peers in Product, Engineering and Design, influencing product strategy

You will champion the end user, ensuring the product delivers against both their needs and the business goals
-
You will take ownership of the product specification, articulating behaviours, processes, flows, journeys and information architecture using maps and diagrams across the payment's domain

You will validate and iterate your design and usability hypotheses testing with rapid UX prototypes
-
You will deliver the corresponding UI specifications to a ‘best-in-class’ standard in harmony with the Worldpay visual language and brand identity

At times you may contribute to the Worldpay Design System

You will liaise with the engineering teams to support the development process; review builds and ensure the final product meets your design expectations
What you bring:

5 years minimum UX/UI design experience
-
Excellent communication skills, able to present to an audience articulately and persuasively
-
Demonstrable experience in multi-platform design (iOS, Web, Android)

Experience in improving business metrics through user centric product design
-
Expert level Figma skills
-
Experience of Agile / Scrum dev environment

Cross platform design (Native iOS, Android, Web apps)

Product / UX / UI / Industrial design education

Experience of evangelising and instilling UX thinking within a large organisation
