Responsibilities
- 사용자 및 서비스 특성에 맞는 핵심 유저경험(UX)과 유저 인터페이스(UI)를 설계합니다.
- PM, 개발자와 밀접하게 협업하여 빠르고 효과적으로 아이디어를 구현합니다.
- 사용자 피드백과 데이터를 기반으로 디자인의 문제를 정의하고, 이의 해결을 주도합니다.
- 동료 디자이너와의 적극적인 협업과 디자인 성장 지원을 통해 조직의 디자인 역량 향상에 기여합니다.
Requirements
- 신규 서비스의 MVP 단계부터 오래된 서비스의 리뉴얼까지 다양한 단계의 서비스에 대한 경험이 있으신 분
- 모바일 앱, 모바일 웹, PC 웹 등 다양한 플랫폼에서 서비스를 구현한 경험이 있으신 분
- 다양한 유저 시나리오를 고려한 구조적 UX 설계가 가능하신 분
- 유저 행동 데이터를 정리·해석하고, 실제 제품 개선으로 연결한 경험이 있는 분
- 자기주도적이고, 빠른 실행 중심의 스쿼드 문화에 익숙하신 분
Preferred Qualifications
- 8년 이상의 product design 경험이 있으신 분
- 소셜 혹은 커뮤니티 기반의 프로덕트 경험이 있으신 분
- (조직의 사이즈에 관계 없이) 리더 역할에 대한 경험이 있으신 분
Hiring Process
