Being part of the UX team, you’ll join our Product Design chapter, shaping experiences that connect millions of fans, partners, and event organizers across the live-events ecosystem. You’ll turn customer insights into clear, accessible, and consistent product experiences across web, app, and SaaS platforms - from concept to launch - while partnering with Product and Engineering and contributing to our Design System to ensure quality and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and deliver end-to-end product experiences across web and mobile products, for B2C and B2B groups - from framing opportunities and defining concepts to building, launching, and improving real solutions with your team.
- Translate insights into action by partnering with Product Management, UX Research and Analytics to craft clear hypotheses, run experiments (A/B, multivariate, qualitative prototypes) and iterate quickly toward measurable outcomes.
- Define interaction details and motion language that enhance usability, reinforce brand personality and perform efficiently across devices.
- Contribute to the multi-platform design system, introducing reusable components, patterns and accessibility guardrails that scale in line with WCAG 2.2.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Content Design, Marketing and commercial stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution of the product vision.
- Leverage emerging technologies - including AI-powered tools and LLM-driven workflows - where they tangibly accelerate delivery or unlock new value for users.
- Raise the bar of our work by guiding other designers through critique, knowledge-sharing and process improvements that foster a feedback-rich, inclusive culture.
Key Requirements:
- 3 years of end-to-end product design experience in fast-moving technology environments, with a track record of shipped work that balances user value and business impact.
- Show strong interaction design and user interface craft in a portfolio that demonstrates hierarchy, typography, color, layout, and micro-interactions.
- Prototype effectively in Figma (components, variants, Auto Layout, Dev Mode) using motion and micro-interactions.
- Experiment through user research, customer insights, and testing - and turn what you learn into clear, evidence-based design decisions.
- Contribute to our Design System through tokens, components, documentation, and pull requests with engineers.
- Work confidently with AI-assisted design tools to accelerate workflows and explore new creative directions.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively with engineers, designers, and executives.
