About the Job

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with a strong grasp of user-centered design and a passion for leveraging Generative AI and low-code/no-code platforms (UI/UX: Vercel, Onloop, Uizard, Magician, Kittl, Galileo AI, Visily, Penpot...) to create elegant, scalable digital experiences.

-> You’ll play a critical role in shaping next-generation products — blending design strategy, rapid prototyping, and AI-enhanced creativity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Prototyping:

• Design intuitive, beautiful, and functional user experiences across web and mobile platforms using Figma.
• Wireframes: Develop detailed wireframes for user registration, login, and other essential pages with a clear user journey.
• Site Mapping & Prototyping: Create comprehensive site maps, low-fidelity (lo-fi) prototypes, and high-fidelity (hi-fi) designs using Figma.
• Interactive Components: Design interactive and responsive UI components that can be easily integrated into front-end development pipelines.

2. Collaboration & Integration:

• Front-End Dev Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers to translate designs into functional code, ensuring design integrity is maintained during implementation.
• Component Libraries: Build and maintain a robust UI component library, leveraging both standard design systems and custom components.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Engage in regular sync-ups with other business analyst, in-house developers to refine designs and iterate quickly based on feedback.

3. Advanced Design / AI Graphics:

• Figma Mastery: Utilize advanced Figma features such as auto-layout, interactive components, design tokens, and version control to streamline the design process.
• AI-Enhanced Design: Leverage GenAI tools (UI/UX: Vercel, Onloop, Uizard, Magician, Kittl, Galileo AI, Visily, Penpot...) / (Graphic design: Spline, Midjourney, Krea, Klin, Veo, ChatGPT, Runway...) to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and content generation, optimize user flows, and expedite prototyping.
• Design Trends & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into the project to deliver a cutting-edge user experience.

UI/UX Expertise:

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex, multi-platform solutions.
• Mastery of Figma, including advanced prototyping, collaborative workflows, and plugin integrations.
• Ability to take a strategic approach to design, aligning UI/UX goals with overall business and product objectives.

Technical Skills:

• Demonstrable experience working with front-end developers; communicating design specifications and using tools like Figma Dev Mode, Zeplin, Storybook.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., HTML/CSS, React) to collaborate effectively with developers.

Communication:

• Fluent english mandatory, excellent communication skills with the ability to present design concepts.

Recommended Skills:

• Prompt engineering for image or video generation (Midjourney, Krea, Klin, Veo, ChatGPT, Runway...)
• Familiarity with API integrations or AI model outputs
• Experience designing for AI-native softwares
