Senior Product Designer

Ton rôle et ce qui te distingue :

• Une expertise SaaS & Web solide : Tu maîtrises les standards du design web responsive et de l'architecture d'information. Tu es à l'aise avec la gestion de la densité d'information (data tables, dashboards, formulaires complexes) sans sacrifier la clarté.
• 360° avec une coloration UX : Tu es capable de dénouer des problèmes métiers complexes. Tu passes fluidement de la recherche utilisateur et des user flows à une UI soignée. Pour toi, comprendre le besoin "métier" est la base de tout bon design.
• Un Craft au service de la productivité : Tu as l'œil aiguisé. Hiérarchie visuelle, cohérence, feedbacks : tu sais que dans un outil pro, le "beau" est vecteur de performance. Tu apportes cette "Swile touch" qui rend le quotidien agréable.
• Maîtrise du prototypage : Tu ne laisses rien au hasard. Tu sais simuler des interactions complexes pour valider tes hypothèses avant le développement.
• Un biais pour l'action et l'itération : Tu sais que la perfection s'atteint par étapes. Tu livres de la valeur rapidement et tu itères en continu pour polir l'expérience administrateur, déploiement après déploiement.


Collaboration avec l'équipe technique
• Dialogue constant avec les développeurs : pour affiner tes designs, et t'assurer que l'intention est préservée dans la production, en apportant les améliorations nécessaires pour une exécution pixel perfect.
• Accessibilité et évolutivité : tu conçois des interfaces inclusives et évolutives qui s'adaptent aux utilisateurs, aux normes d'accessibilité et aux besoins d'évolution futurs.
• Approche Systémique / Design system : tu participes à l'évolution du design system

Ce sera un match si tu as :

• Tu as une expérience significative sur du SaaS, du B2B ou des outils métiers (back-office, CRM, ERP, dashboards...).
• Tu as déjà pu mettre en place une approche craft sur plusieurs produits en production
• Un sens aigü du détail, un haut niveau d'exécution et une approche itérative de la conception.
• Une passion pour la conception de produits à fort impact qui mélangent harmonieusement l'esthétique, la performance et l'innovation.
• Tu parles français et anglais couramment

• Solid SaaS & Web expertise: You master the standards of responsive web design and information architecture. You are comfortable managing information density (data tables, dashboards, complex forms) without sacrificing clarity.
• 360° with a UX edge: You are capable of untangling complex business problems. You switch fluidly from user research and user flows to polished UI. For you, understanding the "business" need is the foundation of any good design.
• Craft at the service of productivity: You have a sharp eye. Visual hierarchy, consistency, feedback: you know that in a professional tool, "beautiful" drives performance. You bring that "Swile touch" that makes administration enjoyable.
• Mastery of prototyping: You leave nothing to chance. You know how to simulate complex interactions to validate your hypotheses before development.
• A bias for action and iteration: You know that perfection is reached in stages. You deliver value quickly and iterate continuously to polish the administrator experience, deployment after deployment.


Collaboration with the Technical Team:
• Constant dialogue with developers: To refine your designs and ensure the intention is preserved in production, making necessary improvements for pixel-perfect execution.
• Accessibility and scalability: You design inclusive and scalable interfaces that adapt to users, accessibility standards, and future evolution needs.
• Systemic Approach / Design System: You actively participate in the evolution of the design system.

• You have already implemented a craft approach on several products in production.
• You have a keen eye for detail, a high level of execution, and an iterative approach to design.

• You speak French and English fluently
