As a Senior Product Associate in Consumer & Community Banking Product Team, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
- Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
- Lead requirement gathering through customer insights, stakeholder inputs, and analysis to define clear product outcomes.
- Write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria; maintain a prioritized backlog aligned to OKRs.
- Apply strong product thinking to scope MVPs, manage trade-offs, and deliver iterative value.
- Drive data-driven decisions using funnels, experiments, KPIs, and post-launch learnings.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, analytics, operations, legal/compliance as needed) to deliver end-to-end features.
- Operate effectively in Agile (ceremonies, sprint planning, refinement, release planning) and continuously improve team execution.
- Run Discoveries on the features/initiatives and derive detailed document including the master story list with swag estimates
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Demonstrated ability in requirements elicitation, user story writing, and backlog management.
- Own e2e execution of initiatives/features from idea conception - implementation - taking it live - post live analysis
- Able to run discoveries
- Strong analytical mindset comfortable using data to identify opportunities, measure impact, and influence prioritization.
- Proven track record of working with multiple stakeholders and aligning teams around shared outcomes.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodology and delivering in cross-functional squads.
