As a Senior Product Associate within Identity Lifecycle Management, you will help develop and deliver products supporting identity verification, identity lifecycle management, and digital identity solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally to launch capabilities, synthesize feedback, and drive improvements that increase adoption and measurable outcomes.
Job responsibilities- Partner with leaders to shape product vision, strategy, and execution plans across identity verification, identity resolution, identity graph, and consent management
- Build, launch, and continuously improve identity data capabilities to strengthen adoption, quality, and business impact
- Collaborate with technology, design, modeling, and other partners to deliver scalable, secure identity data solutions
- Align roadmaps and dependencies with related identity and data teams to enable integrated delivery
- Define and track key performance metrics for product health, data quality, and business outcomes, using insights to prioritize improvements
- Establish and champion data governance standards, policies, and controls for the identity data domain
- Ensure identity data products meet applicable data privacy expectations, internal policies, and audit requirements
- Communicate strategy, risks, tradeoffs, and outcomes to senior stakeholders with clarity and strong executive presence
- Identify and manage risks related to data quality, access, privacy, and security within the identity data domain
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product direction and roadmap evolution
- 3 years of experience in identity, data management, or related technology domains
- Practical knowledge of identity verification, identity resolution, identity graph concepts, and consent management
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-making
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical partners
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product roadmaps that deliver measurable business and risk outcomes
- Technical fluency with modern data platforms, cloud-based architectures, and data pipeline technologies
- Understanding of data governance frameworks, data privacy obligations, and compliance expectations relevant to identity data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including translating complex technical topics for diverse audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience building and launching complex technology products in financial services or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with identity and access management standards, protocols, and frameworks
- Understanding of applying machine learning techniques to identity, fraud, or risk use cases
- Awareness of graph-based data models and their use in identity resolution and relationship mapping
- Hands-on experience with agile product development practices at enterprise scale
