About you
- 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or a related analytical role in a Consumer App, B2B SaaS, or PLG environment.
- Deep proficiency in SQL you write complex queries comfortably and know how to work with large, multi-source datasets.
- Hands-on experience with event tracking and product instrumentation you've defined event schemas, worked with tools like Segment or Amplitude, and understand the tradeoffs in instrumentation design.
- Strong foundation in experimentation you understand A/B testing methodology, statistical significance, power analysis, and common pitfalls.
- Experience defining and operationalizing product metrics, including north star frameworks, guardrail metrics, and OKR measurement.
- Proficiency with BI tools (e.g. Mode, Hex, Looker) and the ability to build clean, scalable dashboards that non-analysts can use independently.
- Familiarity with tools like dbt is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills you don't just find insights, you make them land.
