ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Product Analyst specializing in Platform Analytics, you will be instrumental in advancing our platform's data-driven approach by focusing on:
- Analyzing platform usage patterns and deriving actionable insights to optimize user engagement and satisfaction
- Supporting the development of new features by monitoring early adoption, user interactions, and performance
- Partnering with Product Managers to establish and track key feature KPIs, assessing impact, and recommending enhancements
- Developing dashboards and reports that provide visibility into platform health, user behavior, and key usage trends for stakeholders
- Collaborating with Customer Success and Product teams to understand and address user pain points, drive improvements and reduce churn
- Continuously enhancing our analytics processes and data platforms to support agile and accurate insights for platform optimization
- 6+ years of experience in Analytics, Product, or Platform domains, including roles such as Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
- B.Sc or equivalent studies with extensive hands-on projects
- A Master's degree - An advantage
