THE POSITION
The Senior Product Analyst will partner with web and lead platform teams to define success metrics, build and maintain dashboards, and analyze results of A/B tests to understand feature impact.
Reporting to the Sr Manager of Product Analytics, this role will grow to own the insights and recommendations for technology initiatives that touch the senior living side of our business.
Who you are:
You are a passionate, data-driven individual who enjoys digging into complex datasets. This role will be critical in measuring outcomes of high-priority technical initiatives, quantifying business impact, analyzing performance drivers, and communicating insights to cross-functional partners. Success in this role will be dependent on the product analyst’s ability to dive deep into the details, leverage statistical and technical skills, and remain nimble as priorities change.
What you will do:
Conduct analysis of A/B tests, including hypothesis testing and setting variant decision rules
Pre/Post analysis of product enhancements and platform upgrades
Build and own tools to help track progress and enable decision making
Own the insights and recommendations that will influence our products and future initiatives
Work across teams to set up testing and understand technical initiatives prior to their release into production
Qualifications
B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or similar.
3-5 years of proven and successful analytics experience with a preference for experience in product analytics (i.e. A/B testing, experimentation, event tracking)
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including ability to:
Identify the best data sources and conduct complex analyses with data across resources
Set up and interpret event tracking and conversion funnels
Leverage analytical tools to execute analysis
Excel required
Advanced proficiency in SQL
Proficiency in at least one of the following - Optimizely, Amplitude, GA4, Google Search Console
Effective communicator able to translate complex analysis into insights and communicate results and recommendations
Ability to work as part of a team, while driving individual goals
Experience analyzing SEO or AIO a plus
Compensation
Base Salary range: $105,000-$115,000
Bonus: 10% of annual earnings
