About the Role
(Full Time / Hybrid)
Dott is a fast-moving, data-driven micro-mobility provider, and we are seeking a Senior Product Analyst with a deep focus on A/B testing and experimentation. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our product by designing and analyzing experiments, extracting actionable insights, and driving evidence-based decision-making. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to ensure we’re continuously optimizing product performance and enhancing user experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and measure the impact of changes on user engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
- Partner with product teams to develop robust metrics and KPIs that reflect the success of product features and updates.
- Analyze experimental results to identify opportunities for product optimization and innovation.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor the success of experiments and overall product performance.
- Synthesize insights from experimental data into clear, actionable recommendations for product development.
- Communicate findings effectively through presentations and detailed reports to stakeholders, emphasizing the impact of experimentation on product outcomes.
What You’ll Need:
- 2-5 years of experience in a product-focused data analysis role, including at least 1 year in a senior capacity.
- Extensive experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests and experiments in a professional setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to communicate experimental results.
- Deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies, including sample size calculation, statistical significance, and experiment design best practices.Exceptional ability to translate complex experimental data into clear insights and actionable strategies.
