Your Impact
As a Senior Product Analyst (all genders) at eduki, you transform our product data analytics into a predictive powerhouse that drives new feature development decisions and increases customer satisfaction. Here are the key tasks and responsibilities that you will be taking on to achieve this goal:
- KPI Monitoring and Insights: You analyze KPIs to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing data-driven insights for strategic initiatives.
- In-Depth Analysis and Reporting: You support the Product Managers with detailed analyses, translating qualitative insights into quantitative data, and delivering comprehensive reports.
- A/B Testing and Coordination: You conduct A/B testing analysis to evaluate product changes and map cross-squad dependencies for effective implementation.
- Automation and Dashboard Management: You automate tasks and develop dashboards for real-time insights, reducing manual work and centralizing key data.
- Data Standards and Support: You maintain high standards for product analytics, ensuring data integrity, and consult with Product Managers to guide data-driven decisions.
Your Skills and Expertise
We are searching for a data-driven Ninja (all genders) who would like to demonstrate their analytical thinking and support in our decision-making process to achieve our mission to enhance education. Furthermore, you should check the following boxes:
- You have proficiency in statistical methods, data visualization tools, and SQL, with experience in data management and analytics platforms.
- You are skilled in critical thinking, attention to detail, and both quantitative and qualitative analysis to derive actionable insights.
- You understand key business metrics and product management, translating data insights into business strategies.
- You are effective in communication and collaboration, managing stakeholders, and facilitating discussions with cross-functional teams.
- You have strong project management skills, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
- You thrive working with cross functional product teams, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and development teams on a daily basis to achieve a common goal.
Please note: Due to legal restrictions, we can only hire candidates living in and owning a valid work permit for Spain. eduki is a registered employer in Spain, and you will receive a direct work contract with us according to Spanish work law.
Our commitment to you
Attractive Compensation Package: The total compensation for this role is up to 70.000 EUR per year and consists of a fixed salary and a VSOP (Virtual Stock Options Program) package. Depending on your skills and competencies, as well as your individual performance, the gross annual salary will range between 44.000 EUR and 56.000 EUR.
