Senior Procurement Specialist

Responsibility

• Identify and develop supplier resources included distributors and franchise, while maintaining strong relationships with existing vendors
• Handle the full procurement cycle: inquiry, negotiation, order placement, delivery tracking, and logistics coordination
• Independently manage core purchasing tasks and proactively identify areas for process improvement
• Monitor market dynamics and industry trends to provide timely insights and adjustments
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth procurement operations and resolve issues efficiently
• Demonstrate strong team spirit and communication skills to support overall business goals

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sourcing or procurement experience in IC electronics distribution
• Familiarity with key commodities such as CPU, Memory, SSD is preferred
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English (written and verbal) for business communication and documentation
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose actionable solutions
• Able to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed and embrace challenges
• Excellent team spirit and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
