Purpose Statement
The Senior Process Excellence Analyst is responsible for end-to-end ownership of regional business process harmonization for assigned processes across APAC Supply Chain. This role leads process design, alignment, and governance execution, ensuring standardized, scalable processes that support regional objectives and system implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end business processes for assigned scope, driving regional alignment and harmonization across countries.
- Lead as-is and to-be process design, including definition of standard processes, allowable deviations, and decision rationale.
- Govern process documentation, including process maps, SOPs, work instructions, and RACI models, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Lead cross-country process workshops to drive alignment, resolve differences, and achieve business consensus.
- Evaluate and challenge country-specific deviations, assessing business impact, complexity, and sustainability.
- Drive business validation and formal sign-off of process designs and governance decisions.
- Act as the primary process authority for assigned scope, providing guidance during system design and requirement definition.
- Partner closely with Process Enablement Analysts, IT teams, and vendors to ensure system solutions accurately reflect approved processes.
- Define and track process KPIs to measure harmonization progress, effectiveness, and adoption.
- Proactively identify process risks, gaps, or inefficiencies and drive resolution through governance forums.
- Ensure process alignment with regional initiatives and future-state programs (e.g., S/4HANA).
- Drive continuous improvement of regional processes and harmonization practices
Profile & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in process excellence, business transformation, or operations roles with ownership of end-to-end business processes.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business operations is highly preferred
- Strong hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash and/or Inventory & Consignment Management
- Proven experience leading regional or multi-country process harmonization, including As-Is / To-Be process design and governance
- Solid SAP user experience, with practical understanding of Order-to-Cash, inventory reporting, and inbound/outbound execution
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills to drive alignment and decisions across countries
- Experience working closely with IT and system teams to ensure system solutions accurately reflect approved process intent
