Senior Privileged Access Management Engineer

Location Details: India, Remote

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

The team is responsible for implementing and maintaining our privileged management processes and solutions. The candidate will act as the technical expert building out new architectures and strategies around Privileged Access Management (PAM)

This candidate will be experienced in implementing PAM for a large enterprise, with a focus on information security to align identity management to policies and procedures. In this role, the individual is encouraged to contribute to the overall evolution of the program, execution roadmap and alignment with rest of the GoDaddy platforms to provide a secure and unified experience. This is a great opportunity for an experienced PAM specialist to dive right into our PAM implementation to ensure our highest valued assets & resources are accessed securely.

What you'll get to do...

Promote a positive security culture for the organization by protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and assets while assisting the company to successfully meet its strategic goals. The role holder will contribute to the engineering, implementation, and maintenance of security processes and solutions throughout the enterprise according to policy and risk. This role also supports the development, and maintenance of the security environment and architecture to ensure the assets are protected. Be a champion to their team and other business units to promote a secure organization through positive knowledge sharing, training, influences, and conduct. Serve as a member of the Information Security team providing expertise from various IT subject areas with focus in information security.

• Continuously assess compliance with established policies and standards to uphold the excellence of our security
• Protect GoDaddy against failures or attacks that could reduce our ability to respond to security incidents
• Maintain our processes and solutions securely and ensure their high availability, safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our valuable assets
• Lead and perform changes to the solutions, removing any unnecessary services that may pose security risks
• Understand the risks and impact to systems in our corporate environment, considering their interconnectivity
• Foster strong collaboration among team members at GoDaddy by providing support and knowledge about security risks
• Develop enterprise-grade high-availability solutions, running sophisticated arrangements of operating systems, including system updates, log analysis, access controls, and backup

Your experience should include...

• 5+ years of IT experience, showcasing your proven expertise in the field
• 3+ years of Information Security, demonstrating your deep understanding and knowledge of securing critical information
• Extensive experience with CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault or comparable solutions
• Experience leading the engineering, implementation, and maintenance of solutions throughout the enterprise, according to policy and risk assessments
• Demonstrated experience in integrating and maintaining PAM solutions on an enterprise scale, ensuring a comprehensive and detailed approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to collaborate successfully with other groups and effectively convey sophisticated technical concepts
• Strong ability to handle evolving and complicated objectives, adapting to changing circumstances and successfully implementing solutions
