Senior Principal Global Account Manager, Consumer
As a strategic leader within the Consumer Sales organization, the Senior Global Account Manager (GAM) is responsible for driving executive engagement, business growth, and long-term partnership development for a critical global account. The GAM will lead the global account strategy, identify new growth opportunities, and align customer roadmaps with Analog Devices' broad portfolio of sensing, signal chain, power management, connectivity, audio, processing, and edge intelligence solutions.
This role requires a combination of strategic account leadership, technical curiosity, and strong commercial acumen. The successful candidate will build trusted relationships across executive leadership, engineering, product management, sourcing, and operations organizations while coordinating internal ADI resources to drive design wins, revenue growth, and long-term customer success.
As the global account leader, the GAM will partner closely with Field Applications Engineers (FAEs), Business Units, Operations, and Executive Leadership to strengthen ADI's position across a diverse business portfolio, including wearables, outdoor recreation, fitness, health and wellness, marine, aviation, automotive, and emerging connected device applications.
The successful candidate will develop a deep understanding of technology strategies, product roadmaps, and business priorities, leveraging these insights to shape account strategy, influence ADI investments, and identify opportunities for long-term strategic collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Leadership
- Develop and execute the global account strategy to achieve revenue growth, share gains, strategic design wins, and long-term customer engagement.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships that foster trust, collaboration, and sustained business growth.
- Establish strong relationships across engineering, sourcing, operations, product management, and business leadership organizations.
- Lead strategic account planning, including opportunity management, account reviews, forecasting, pipeline development, and design-win tracking.
- Identify opportunities to expand ADI's engagement across existing and emerging customer programs and business units.
- Drive commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, long-term agreements, and business planning activities.

Market & Domain Expertise

- Lead cross-functional teams to drive opportunity development, design wins, issue resolution, and overall account execution.
- Organize and support executive reviews, technical workshops, customer visits, and strategic planning sessions.
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and sourcing teams to support business continuity and mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Ensure alignment among internal stakeholders to drive consistent customer engagement and execution.
Customer-Centric Leadership
- Serve as the primary global point of contact for account strategy, executive engagement, and strategic alignment.
- Advocate for customer needs while ensuring alignment with ADI's business objectives and value proposition.
- Facilitate issue resolution and coordinate resources to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships across all levels of the customer organization and influence strategic decision-making.
Thought Leadership & Industry Representation
- Represent ADI at customer events, industry conferences, and executive forums.
- Share market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to help shape ADI strategy.
- Promote best practices and account management excellence across the broader sales organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; technical degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Global Account Management, Strategic Account Management, Business Development, or semiconductor sales.
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex strategic accounts and driving sustained revenue growth.
- Proven ability to develop and execute multi-year account strategies within highly technical customer environments.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders ranging from engineers to senior executives.
- Strong commercial acumen combined with technical curiosity and the ability to connect technology capabilities to customer business outcomes.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, operations, and product organizations.
- Willingness to travel as required.
