- Deep knowledge of requirements across debit, credit, prepaid, unsecured lending, and "as-a-service" propositions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills; credible at senior client and stakeholder levels.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting large enterprise or multi-market deals.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies.
- High personal accountability, passion for achieving results, and a consulting mindset.
