Our Systems Engineering and Pre-Sales organization designs complex critical communications networks and integrated solution architectures that empower public safety agencies and commercial enterprises across Brazil and LATAM to communicate with clarity when every second counts.
Job Description

As a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer based in São Paulo, SP, you will serve as a primary technical authority driving pre-sale opportunities and solution implementation across complex network integration projects. You will bridge customer requirements and cutting-edge technology, leading technical aspects from scope definition through final deployment. Standing side-by-side with sales, operations, and product development teams, you will help to provide mission-critical network solutions that meet demanding customer expectations while delivering exceptional performance and quality.
 

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Strategy & Bid Management

  • Lead pre-sale opportunities to define technical scopes, customer requirements, and high-level architectural designs for complex network integration projects

  • Prepare comprehensive system bids by evaluating customer requirements, selecting equipment, and coordinating product modifications with internal product groups

  • Conduct technical presentations and solution demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders to showcase system capabilities
     

Technical Architecture & Integration Management

  • Define technical direction and project requirements to help to ensure timely implementation, system performance, and solution quality

  • Collaborate with operations and developers across internal and external teams to align product capabilities with customer delivery schedules

  • Manage technical solution aspects throughout the project lifecycle, addressing complex network challenges from initial scope to final closeout
     

System Engineering & Commissioning

  • Provide engineering services including site testing, commissioning, and validation of equipment in accordance with contractual obligations

  • Oversee testing procedures to help to ensure network integration meets stringent performance standards and technical specifications

  • Analyze system parameters and operational metrics to optimize network deployment and resolve complex technical issues in the field


Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, systems engineering, or network integration

  • Network Integration to design, architect, and deploy complex voice and data networking infrastructures

  • System Testing & Commissioning to validate Motorola equipment and integrated solutions against technical specifications

  • Technical Bid Preparation to build detailed engineering proposals, compliance matrices, and system bill of materials (BOMs)

  • Fluent English to collaborate effectively with international product groups, global engineering teams, and executive stakeholders
     

Professional Experience

  • Technical Lifecycle Management to lead engineering solutions from initial customer scope definition to final system acceptance

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration to work alongside operations, product managers, and third-party developers to meet critical project deadlines

  • Customer Expectation Management to translate business needs into technical solutions while managing stakeholder requirements throughout implementation
